AstraWorks announces the launch of its IT recruiting division, providing recruiting and staffing services for software companies as well as corporations with in-house IT needs. The practice is led by seasoned talent acquisition professional and account manager Jen Copp, who has more than a decade of experience in the IT recruiting space.

AstraWorks’ IT staffing and recruiting practice is building talent pipelines in the IT sector across the country, supporting growing software businesses as well as banking, insurance, engineering and construction management firms. To date, they have placed IT roles at all levels including Software Developers, Business Analysts, Project/Product Management, Quality Engineers, Solution Architects, Data Analysts, Systems/Network Engineers and Technical Support Specialists.

With more than 10 years in recruiting, Copp has a deep understanding of industry trends including compensation, benefits and culture, offering candidates career guidance and employers efficient recruiting processes and strategies for building effective teams. Copp joined AstraWorks as Recruiting Director in 2021, having helped the firm nearly triple in size in its last three years. She has a bachelor’s degree in management from Missouri State University.
