AstraWorks founders Josh McDaniel and Marty Johnston discovered the value of a great team while playing on the men’s soccer team during their college years. That experience taught them the importance of creating the best teams – by finding the right talent, ensuring they are a cultural fit and aligning people to the right role. They have made it their passion to take those lessons to help companies do the same. For nearly two decades, they have focused their recruiting efforts connecting the people + companies who are building the world. And in 2014, they ventured out on their own to create AstraWorks, a niche recruiting firm large enough to handle accounts coast to coast for some of the country’s biggest names in design, construction, power and information technology, yet small enough to maintain personal relationships with each client and candidate they touch.
